Who we are

We give your company a brain. Then we put it to work.

The knowledge is already there: scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets, and the one person who always knows. We connect it into a Company Brain, then put AI agents on top that do the work.

Liverpool Street, London, where Growy is based

    Management

    Founders who still build.

Behind this team is a company of fifteen across the UK, Italy, and Malta. Everyone here has built and scaled something before: an exit, a platform serving millions, a company from zero. And everyone here still ships. The person who scopes your agents is the person who builds them.

    Manifesto

    What we believe.

    01

    Meritocracy

Nobody here got in on a pedigree. No school, no surname, no city has ever earned someone a seat at this table. What you can build does, and where you're going matters more than where you came from.

    02

    Transparency

No corridor conversations. No managed messages. No finding out later. If something is broken, it gets named in the room by the person who noticed it, and it gets named early.

    03

    Objectivity

The best argument wins, regardless of who made it. We'd rather be shown we're wrong on a Tuesday than be proven wrong by the market in a year. Ego is expensive. We don't carry it.

    04

    Resourcefulness

Every problem has a solution, and if it doesn't, it has a next step. "Impossible" isn't an answer here: it's a starting position. We keep going after everyone else has stopped looking.

    05

    Obsession

Obsession isn't intensity, it's attention. Knowing a client's operation better than they've ever had to know it themselves: the exceptions, the workarounds, the thing that always breaks in month three. That's the job.

    Where we operate

A UK company. Built for Europe.

We started in London and we're moving outward. Three fronts, all live.

    United Kingdom

Home. Attitude Group Ltd, London, where Growy was born, where we learned how to run, and where we're building from. Our commercial base and our centre of gravity.

    Italy

From north to south, companies are running Growy agents across operations, commercial, HR and finance, not one workflow, but the whole chain, end to end. The kind of deployment most AI companies only talk about.

    Rest of Europe

Malta, Germany, Spain, France, Poland: we're opening doors in all of them, and we'd rather do it in person. Tell us where you are and we'll come to your office. Not on the list? Write anyway, we make exceptions.

Tell us your three biggest bottlenecks.

Not a pitch. Name the three things that eat your team's week: the quote that takes four days, the invoice nobody filed, the answer only one person knows. We'll show you what each looks like as an agent, and what it costs to stop doing it by hand.
