Straight answers on how Growy agents are built, deployed, integrated, and run.

01

What Growy is

Growy builds custom AI agents that handle real operational work inside mid-market businesses — onboarding, ops reporting, sales cycles, HR operations. Not chatbots. The agents take multi-step actions across the tools your team already uses, run autonomously between human decision points, and surface what needs your attention. Your team makes the calls that matter. The agent runs the work in between.

A chatbot responds to messages — you ask, it answers. An AI agent takes goal-directed action — you set the objective, it executes the multi-step work to achieve it. A chatbot tells you what to do. An agent does it. Growy builds agents, not chatbots. The difference shows up immediately in what the buyer experiences: a chatbot gives you advice on onboarding a new hire; an agent provisions their accounts, schedules their training, runs their check-ins, and flags anyone falling behind.

No. Growy is built for operators, not just developers. The team handles the build with you — mapping the workflow, connecting your systems, shaping the agent around how your business runs. Once the agent is live, it's used by the people who would have done the work themselves: HR managers, ops leads, sales teams, store managers. No engineering team required, no internal AI specialist, no new tool to administer. The technical layer sits underneath; your team experiences the agent doing the work.

02

How it works

The Company Brain is the intelligence layer Growy builds underneath every agent. It plugs into your business — documents, software, databases, expertise — and builds a structured map of how your business actually works. Once it exists, every Growy agent runs on that foundation. They don't operate from generic AI training; they operate on what your business actually knows. The Company Brain is also what makes agents work toward your specific objectives, not just complete isolated tasks.

A Growy agent reads context from your connected systems, decides what action to take based on the workflow it's been built for, executes the action through the right tool, and continues until the work is complete or it needs a human input. It's running multiple steps in sequence, sometimes in parallel, across multiple systems. Throughout, it logs what it's doing, surfaces decisions to the right person when needed, and pauses when something falls outside its scope. The work happens; the audit trail stays intact.

It stops and asks. Growy agents are built to know what they own and what they don't. Routine work runs automatically — that's the whole point. But when an agent hits a decision that requires judgement, an exception that doesn't match its training, or a situation that falls outside its scope, it surfaces the question to the right human with full context. The decision sits with your team. The agent picks up again once the call is made. This is the human-in-the-loop principle Growy is built on: decisions stay human, execution becomes automatic.

Build & deployment

Days, not months. The first conversation usually scopes the bottleneck and what the agent needs to handle. From there, the team maps the workflow, connects the systems, and builds against your actual processes — moving as fast as the back-and-forth allows. Compared to a typical software implementation cycle, this is fast, because Growy is shaped around your existing operations rather than asking your operations to fit a new tool.

Each agent is built around your specific business. Growy has a working baseline for each common agent type — onboarding, ops reporting, HR operations, sales operations — that handles roughly 80% of any version of that workflow. The 20% that's specific to you — your systems, your policies, your edge cases, your team's way of working — gets shaped to fit. So agents ship faster than fully custom builds, but operate as though they were built from scratch for your business.

Yes — and most agents do change after deployment. The first weeks of running an agent surface edge cases that nobody anticipated, opportunities to expand its scope, and refinements to the way it surfaces decisions to your team. Modifications are part of the standard engagement, not a separate project. Today, the team makes the changes with you. As the platform opens up to builders, you'll be able to make modifications directly.

Integrations & data

Over 1,000. Gmail, Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Stripe, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Linear, Airtable, BambooHR, Mailchimp, and most of the rest of the modern business stack. The full list keeps growing. Growy agents act through your existing tools rather than replacing them, so your data, your processes, and your audit trails stay where they live.

If a tool has a public API, Growy can almost certainly connect to it. Custom integrations are part of the standard build, not a separate project. The team works out the connection during the build phase — you don't need to migrate, replace, or work around your stack. Tell us what you use and the team takes it from there.

Your data stays in your systems. Growy agents read from and write to the tools your team already uses through authenticated APIs — nothing gets copied into a separate Growy database that's outside your control. Permissions inherit from your existing role-based access; if a person on your team can't see something, neither can the agent acting on their behalf. Audit trails for every action stay logged in the source systems. Full details on data handling, model providers, and data isolation are in the AI Policy linked in the footer.

Working with Growy

Tell Growy at least one of your three biggest operational bottlenecks via the Build Yours form. The team will be with you immediately, comes back with two or three sharper questions to scope the work, then builds a live agent around your specific bottleneck and walks you through it on a call. No discovery hell, no demo deck — the actual agent, running on a version of your operations.

Growy is a product of Attitude Group Ltd. Based in London, with operational presence across the UK, USA, Italy, and Malta. The team is hands-on with every deployment, working directly with the operators inside the businesses Growy serves.
