When asked what drives his desire to teach, Erik candidly suggested, “It’s just what fuels my batteries and gives me the energy to really drive forward in the rest of my work. So, from that perspective, I guess it’s kind of a selfish thing!” 

Still, Erik’s potential students should have no doubts about the value of studying with him. He encourages his students to learn from his journey, providing them with the confidence and enthusiasm needed to embark on their own ventures. “I hope people can learn from my experience and go into setting up a remote or hybrid team with their eyes open and prepared for the challenges they will face”, he said.
